Biolink Limited was formed in 2007 to sell agricultural disinfectants and cleaners into the agricultural industry. The business expanded on the back of innovative new products backed up by on-farm service and advice. Early in 2011, the company purchased a manufacturing business in Northamptonshire to enable total quality control. This has supported expansion and provision of toll manufacturing services together with product formulation services to other businesses.

Growth has also come from understanding the importance customers place on having uniform products for the supply chain and the critical role that biosecurity plays within this. To this end Biolink pioneered the “Platinum Programme” which is tailored to individual farms across the agricultural industry, in particular for pullet rearing, layers, broilers, ducks, turkeys, pheasant rearing, plus swine and equine. Working closely with individual customers, this targeted and encompassed approach ensures that the best possible economic return to the farm is achieved.

In 2014 Biolink set up a strategic partnership with Theseo to join its business activities and expand the combined businesses both in Europe and globally. The two companies have consolidated distribution and marketing services to strengthen its position worldwide. The new partnership manufactures and markets a complete and innovative range of biosecurity products and services, ranging from disinfectants and detergents to water sanitising products and vitamins/supplements.

Theseo is a French company specialising in manufacturing and marketing of products and services for animal farm biosecurity. With a team of approximately 20 staff, Theseo is based in Laval (Mayenne). The company also has a production team of around 15 people. Theseo has subsidiaries in Brazil and Poland, plus an impressive network of 67 distributors globally and 27 distributors in France. Its 2013 turnover was €10 million.
